Request for Information: Global Fund and Gavi Joint Initiative to Expand the Pool of Evaluation Providers
July 11, 2024
Global Fund and Gavi, the Vaccine Alliancein association with Global Financial Mechanism (GFF) are undertaking a joint initiative through this Request for Information (RFI) to discover qualified evaluation service providers headquartered or based in eligible countries where the Global Fund, Gavi and GFF operate, in an effort to remove barriers to working with these organisations on future evaluations.
Following submission of a proposal in response to this RFI and participation in a series of webinars, chosen service providers will likely be invited to bid for a series of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for future independent assessments of the Global Fund and Gavi, after which contracts will likely be awarded to the successful bidders of those RFPs.
This Request for information is open until 16 August 2024. If shortlisted, service providers will likely be invited to take part in webinars hosted by the Global Fund and Gavi evaluation offices, more likely to happen between October and December 2024. Dates and times will likely be confirmed once shortlisted. All webinars will likely be held virtually and in English.
