Location: St. Hospital Anthony (Level I Trauma Center), Lakewood, Colorado
overview: Assumes responsibility for facilitating, communicating and collaborating with each the health care team and the patient/family to discover and meet the patient’s physical, emotional and spiritual needs. Promotes optimal health, well-being and patient safety through the applying of the nursing process and in accordance with patient care standards, guidelines and the Nursing Practice Act. Demonstrates personal responsibility for relationship-based care, organizational mission and core values.
Requirements:
- One yr of recent/current RN ED/ER experience
- RN license (current state nursing license or RN license through state National Licensure Compact)
- Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing
- BLS from the American Heart Association
- ACLS and PALS from AHA required upon hire or 6 months after hire
- ENPC and TNCC required 6 months of employment
- STABLE and NRP required 6 months from rental
- NIHSS required 6 months of employment inside six months
Preferred: :
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing

📋 Senior position
Location: Saint Joseph Hospital, Denver, Colorado
overview: The Chief Nursing Officer is answerable for providing leadership and operational direction to the Emergency Department at St. Patrick’s Hospital. Joseph. They will collaborate with the CMO, CNO, other nursing and physician leadership, and facility leadership to make sure optimal patient care, achievement of monetary goals, and leadership development. The Director will report back to the Chief Nursing Officer and may have tactical, operational and strategic responsibilities to make sure adequate staffing, equipment availability and worker relations (each day activities).
Requirements:
- Master’s degree from an accredited university. Bachelor’s or master’s degree have to be in nursing. The degree will probably be verified.
- Three years of nurse leadership.
- Colorado RN License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.
- Two years of clinical experience.
Preferred: :
- Experience in managing a nurse in an emergency room.
☀️ 🌕 Shift work: Both day and night shift positions can be found
Location: Lutheran Medical Center, Wheat Ridge, Colorado
overview: A registered nurse (RN) is knowledgeable caregiver who assumes responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of patients. RN staff leverage the nursing process through using technology, therapeutic intervention, evidence-based practice, and care coordination with other members of the health care team.
Requirements:
- ASN from an accredited program; BSN inside 4 years
- Registered Nurse License in Colorado
- Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association
Preferred: :
- One yr of nursing experience in a comparable position
🌕 Shift: Nights (weekend shift)
Location: Swedish Medical Center, Englewood, Colorado
overview: The Clinical Nurse Practitioner (CNC) provides and ensures top quality patient-centered care and coordination of all functions on the unit/ward during an assigned shift.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing; BSN desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or actively pursuing, accomplished inside 3 years of employment.
- Current Colorado RN license or current Compact RN license from one other state for the primary 180 days of employment.
- Current BCLS, ACLS, PALS and TNCC.
- Acute care/specialist nursing 1 to 2 years.
Preferred: :
- ENPC and NRP certification.
- Previous Nurse/Service Coordinator.
🔀 Shift: Mixed (rotating weekends)
Location: Rose Medical Center, Denver, Colorado
overview: Full-time shift work (flexibly All days, middle and night). Float between the predominant hospital and the free-standing facilities of Rose Medical Center.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN desirable.
