Second profession RN
Change is frequently demanding. Nurses who’ve made nursing their second (third, fourth…) profession deserve great recognition and respect. Imagine being an accounting expert, someone people look to to reply their financial questions and meet their needs, after which ranging from scratch in a brand new environment, with latest people, learning latest skills and knowledge. Imagine returning to the role of a novice after having already traveled the trail from novice to expert. Think back to those days of planning care and clinics, trying to find a job, after which starting work in an unfamiliar facility or facility. Now imagine doing all of it all over again. A bit overwhelming, is not it?

It reminds us that although those that select nursing as a second profession are typically adult students who’re more serious and assured than their younger counterparts, they still face the identical long hours of studying and preparing for classes.
