New goal: work-life integration
So I made a decision it was time to revise this a part of My Nursing Care Plan. Take a better take a look at what you should do to attain harmony – physically, mentally and spiritually.
Rating
Ask yourself the next questions:
- Am I up thus far with my medical care and screenings?
- Am I getting enough rest?
- What is the standard of my rest?
- What is my nutrition like?
- What is my stress level?
- Do I meet family and friends?
- Do I spend time on things that make me joyful?
Diagnosis
*Readiness to higher manage your individual health by identifying your individual health needs.
*Readiness for increased self-care related to maintaining personal relationships and coping with stress.
Planning
- Check your medical records and make an inventory of really helpful screening tests and vaccinations, bearing in mind your age and medical and family history.
- Update your calendar along with your work schedule and upcoming social events; include downtime and time for activities that bring you joy.
- Consider how best to cope with stress. Is this a yoga class? Reading? Being outside?
- Set short- and long-term goals.
Implementation
Physical health strategies
- Schedule meetings and screenings.
- Move. Exercise advantages your physical and mental health; increases alertness and energy.
- Eat healthy, nutritionally balanced meals.
- Practice yoga.
- Make sure you get enough sleep.
- Stay hydrated.
- Practice deep respiratory.
- For people working within the office or at home…
- Go for a drive to interrupt the routine.
- Take stretching breaks.
- Use tinted glasses to alleviate eye strain and forestall headaches.
Mental health strategies
- Sign up for a category, gym, or other activity that can assist you cope with stress. Stay committed to those efforts.
- Consider easy changes to your schedule – will grocery shopping after work prevent time on the weekend?
- Plan time with family and friends.
- Take day without work.
- Try to reduce interactions with negative people.
- Take a break from TV and social media.
- Embrace joy.
- Relax/unwind.
- Go for a walk.
- Read a book.
- Find a hobby.
- Create a bedtime routine.

Spiritual health strategies
- Start every day by being grateful.
- Self-awareness is essential. Discover who you might be and what you would like.
- Try meditation.
- Find time on your faith and prayer.
- Use rest techniques throughout the workday.
- Practice meditation and mindfulness.
- At the top of the day, discover three positive things.
Rating
Refer back to this care plan all year long and complete it. Ongoing evaluation and corrections are key elements in achieving your goals.
You are the guardian of your time. Find what is essential to you in your life and keep in mind that you haven’t got to do the whole lot. Find what fills you and take a look at to avoid things that drain your resources. Enjoy joy since it is a alternative, not only a sense. Start small and go from there!
