Never miss a license expiration » Product » Nursegrid

Who is bored with juggling emails and paper documents or logging into various systems just to maintain track of their nursing licenses and credentials? We get it – between busy schedules, irregular shifts and, let’s be honest, real life, nobody has time for administrative headaches like keeping track of expiration dates.
Nursegrid desires to make tracking your licenses and certifications not less than as easy as tracking your work schedule. That’s why we’re introducing a brand new feature that can notify you when the credentials you added to your app are about to run out.
All you’ll want to do is about up licenses (yes, we all know a few of you might have multiple), certificates and other permissions or qualifications within the NurseGrid app. Sure, it takes some work to get all the main points together, but when you do, you are golden. No more stress about renewal emails which have been filtered as spam or last-minute notifications out of your certifying organization.
Kill this stress monster permanently. Once you log your licenses and certificates into Nursegrid, we’ll display a friendly reminder 30 days before anything expires. You can then concentrate on what you’ll want to do to renew. (Psst, have you ever checked the CE options in Nursegrid Learn?)
First of all: reminders only work in the present version of the appliance. So hit the update button to make certain you might have the newest and biggest version.
Then click the Me icon to open your profile. Select Credentials and add the whole lot you desire to track. You can track your licenses, certifications, education and other qualifications. If you might have a picture or other documentation to connect, this can also be an available option. Click Save and rest assured Nursegrid will handle the remainder.
We will send an expiration reminder to your Nursegrid inbox 30 days before your entitlement expires. If you dismiss this message, you’ll receive one other one on the expiration date.
You can also receive a notification in case your license information is incomplete. We’d prefer to let you realize, but we will not if we do not have all the main points!
