Gavi and Global Fund Malaria Vaccine Guidelines

The introduction of a malaria vaccine is a welcome addition to the malaria toolbox of vector control, chemoprevention, case management, surveillance and management of Global Fund-supported programs. To construct on global progress in malaria programs, the Global Fund has just published joint guidance with Gavi on Global Fund support for malaria vaccine complementary interventions and joint support with Gavi.
