Developing immunity: Creative art within the education of a nurse

Art classes often mix people, and for nursing students they will provide them with protected space to find their creativity, encourage critical considering, discussion and solving problems9, all of that are the crucial skills of nursing.

In addition, providing students with protected creative space to practice artistic skills can encourage them to develop a community of practice through which students feel welcome, supported and strengthened 13.
To sum up, including creative art in education of a nurse can provide nursing students with the chance to develop their creativity, careful practice and immunity. Not all nursing students will understand the worth of time and space for creativity, but this doesn’t mean that we don’t attempt to create something significant that may support them. One of the suggestions of a nurse lecturers could also be to prepare small group tutorials, introduce art to a tutorial to advertise remark, reflective practice and general well -being. More and more interest in supporting nursing students and enabling them to develop immunity, perhaps the answer is to incorporate creative art in nursing education.
